Chocolate Zucchini Bread
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups blended zucchini
- 3 Tbsp vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Beat eggs until foamy.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
- Bake for about an hour in a loaf pan, 12 minutes in a mini muffin tins, 20 minutes for a regular sized muffin tin
