Snickerdoodles
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2¾ cups flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Beat sugar, butter, and eggs together.
- Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt.
- Shape dough into 1¼ inch balls.
- Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and roll dough in the mixture.
- Bake at 400 F for 8-10 minutes.
