Peach Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • peaches (enough to cover bottom of pan)
  • cake mix - follow directions on cake mix

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in 9X13 cake pan.
  2. Sprinkle brown sugar over melted butter.
  3. Cover bottom of pan with layer of cut up peaches (larger chunks are better).
  4. Mix cake mix, following directions on box, pour over peaches.
  5. Bake at 350 F for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes and invert cake onto another pan. Eat warm.
